We're looking for a Foot Mobile Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer with electrical qualifications and a solid understanding of HVAC systems. You'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of assigned sites, ensuring buildings are maintained to a high standard and operate safely and efficiently.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial office buildings and high-end residential properties (landlord areas/systems only).
Provide cover for static sites during periods of annual leave, sickness, or other operational requirements.
Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and reactive maintenance requests.
Ensure all works are completed in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service across all assigned sites.
Accurately complete maintenance records and provide updates on completed and outstanding works.
London City & West End
42.5 hours per week between Monday - Friday. Overtime starting after 47.5 hours.
3 days static, 2 days mobile.
Extensive experience in General Building services Industry relevant qualifications.
NVQ Diploma in Installing and Maintaining Refrigeration Systems.
Level 2 or NVQ Diploma in Installing, Testing and Maintaining Air-Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems Level 2.
Recognised qualification in at least one Maintenance/ Engineering discipline.
To carry out installation of plant, fixtures and fittings as required.
To carry out servicing and repairs of onsite plant, fixtures, and fittings.
To organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements.
Training in Legionella Awareness & Emergency Lighting Regulations.
City & Guilds / Plumbing / Elecrical / Gas.
18th Addition.
2391 test and inspection.
