Mobile Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

Are you a qualified Mobile Electrical Engineer with a strong electrical background and a good understanding of HVAC systems? We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused engineer to join our mobile team, supporting a portfolio of commercial sites across your designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a variety of commercial properties, including offices, retail units, leisure facilities and warehouses. You will also respond to emergency call-outs and reactive works, taking ownership of issues and delivering a high standard of service while consistently meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs.

Hours of Work:

Monday - Friday 42.5 hours per week. Overtime starting after 47.5 hours.  

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in General Building services Industry relevant qualifications.

  • Electrically qualified City and Gilds level 3.

  • Recognised qualification in at least one Maintenance/ Engineering discipline. 

  • To carry out installation of plant, fixtures and fittings as required. 

  • To carry out servicing and repairs of onsite plant, fixtures, and fittings. 

  • To organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements. 

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Training in Legionella Awareness & Emergency Lighting Regulations. 

  • City & Guilds / Plumbing / AC servicing / Gas. 

  • 18th Addition. 

  • 2391 test and inspection.
