Are you a qualified Mobile Electrical Engineer with a strong electrical background and a good understanding of HVAC systems? We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused engineer to join our mobile team, supporting a portfolio of commercial sites across your designated area.
You'll be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a variety of commercial properties, including offices, retail units, leisure facilities and warehouses. You will also respond to emergency call-outs and reactive works, taking ownership of issues and delivering a high standard of service while consistently meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Reading
Monday - Friday 42.5 hours per week. Overtime starting after 47.5 hours.
Extensive experience in General Building services Industry relevant qualifications.
Electrically qualified City and Gilds level 3.
Recognised qualification in at least one Maintenance/ Engineering discipline.
To carry out installation of plant, fixtures and fittings as required.
To carry out servicing and repairs of onsite plant, fixtures, and fittings.
To organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements.
Training in Legionella Awareness & Emergency Lighting Regulations.
City & Guilds / Plumbing / AC servicing / Gas.
18th Addition.
2391 test and inspection.
