As a Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer qualified to a recognised level (City & Guilds). You would be required to undertake scheduled Planned Maintenance and reactive requirements.
Reporting into the Contracts Manager and working in partnership with all departments to deliver planned preventative maintenance. Reacting to all repair work in the region mechanical/electrical/fabric plant equipment and general property maintenance.
Mobile phone, tablet and uniform would be provided.
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance located in Eldon Square by the required attendance dates.
You will also be required to update the Legal compliance documentation via a tablet (provided) to a high standard.
You will be required to provide job/quote updates to satisfy the internal CAFM system which provides live updates to our client.
Required to be included in a tech team shift rota covering the shopping centre opening hours.
You would also be required to be part of a callout rota at the end of a successful probation period.
You would also be required where necessary to work a reasonable amount of overtime to satisfy our client.
Manchester (with flexibility to be utilised in the Yorkshire/Leeds area)
Monday-Friday - 42.5 hours per week with overtime starting after 47.5 hours
Vented/Unvented G3 qualification
Commercial Gas (All Modules)
Experience performing works with Mechanical pipework services, valves, motors, pumps, bearings, HVAC Plant & equipment.
Extensive experience in General Building services Industry relevant qualifications-I.e. plumbing repairs etc.
Recognised qualification in at least one Maintenance/ Engineering discipline.
To carry out repairs/replacement of plant, fixtures and fittings as required
To carry out servicing and repairs of onsite plant, fixtures, and fittings
To organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements
