  • Capturing, validating, and importing asset data into operational systems.

  • Supporting tender and pre-qualification submissions when required.

  • Preparing reports, conducting risk assessments, and identifying any gaps or exceptions in client information.

  • Providing engineering support during the early stages of contract mobilisation where required.

Location:

The candidate will be based within a commutable distance of St Ives, Cambridgeshire. The role will initially involve regular attendance at our Head Office and client sites before transitioning to a predominantly home-based position. Regular travel and occasional overnight stays will be required.

Hours of Work:

37.5 hours between Monday - Friday. Overtime expected and available.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Full UK Driving Licence.

  • Willingness to travel to sites nationwide, including occasional overnight stays.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Multi-skilled background across multiple M&E disciplines.

  • Experience in contract mobilisation, asset verification, condition surveys, or maintenance planning.

  • Experience working in a client-facing role.

  • Experience with CAFM systems and asset data management.
