To support the management and deliver newly awarded contract to ensure they operate as per the contract requirements.
Assist in the mobilisation of new and existing contracts.
To work with the Estimator, Bid Writer & Operational teams to ensure that specific activities & costs are to the contract concerned.
Work with the sub-contractors to agree PPM visit dates for services provided and obtaining site specific information.
To conduct asset condition surveys as part of the mobilisation process.
Provide detailed cost plans whilst also ensuring cost-control of delegated mobilisation budgets.
Liaise with Human Resources, Operations, Quality and Health and Safety Teams to provide a seamless mobilisation process.
Undertake risk assessments as and when required within the business.
Prepare and present reports as and when required.
Assist in the support of the Pre-Qualification and Tender responses when required.
Capture, gather, verify, validate against client / tender list review, prepare and import assets.
Assist review the data issued by the client at tender and mobilisation stages and report on gap / exceptions to the Mobilisation Manager.
Assist facilitate the set planned maintenance plans for operational review and development.
Liaise with other internal departments and team members with respect to mobilisation.
Assist in the first stages of onsite mobilisation at client premises as engineer cover, where required.
Adhere to Company and externally relevant health and safety laws and policies.
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be determined by company.

Monday - Friday with overtime available
Have a specialist field within A/C, Mechanical or Electrical, Ideally multi skilled with a good understanding of aspects of M&E.
Work to a high degree of accuracy with good organisational skills
Strong communication skills for communicating to Clients, to engineers.
Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
The ability to work as part of a team and take responsibility for own work.
Ability to work in an office environment and Travel to sites which will sometimes result in staying
