Cambridge Maintenance Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Building Services Engineer to join our growing team covering the East Region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified engineer with strong commercial gas and boiler experience who enjoys working across a varied portfolio of commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, fault finding, and servicing of commercial heating and building services systems.
Service, maintain and repair commercial gas boilers and associated plant.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance works.
Diagnose faults and undertake repairs on commercial heating systems.
Complete compliance checks and certification as required.
Accurately complete service reports and documentation.
Liaise professionally with clients and site representatives.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current health and safety regulations.
East of England - Suffolk, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, Huntingdonshire, or Essex.
42 hours per week between Monday - Friday with overtime available.
Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications (CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A or equivalent).
Proven experience servicing and maintaining commercial boilers and heating systems.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
Additional building services or HVAC experience.
Electrical fault-finding knowledge.
Experience working within commercial environments such as offices, schools, healthcare and retail premises.
