You will be part of a dynamic and friendly team; you will be responsible for scheduling all the electrical engineer’s work. You will ensure that all tasks are allocated to engineers so that SLA’s are met and kept to, updating the engineers schedule sheet. Dealing with incoming calls and emails quickly and efficiently to ensure the highest quality standards are kept and any other admin duties required. A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail along with the ability to discover potential risks
•Liaise with engineers in relation to schedules
•Scheduling & Booking works for Electrical engineers
•Attend daily conference calls with electrical team
•Ensuring all client instructions are logged
•Dealing with incoming calls and emails
•Allocation of jobs to engineers and sub-contractors
•Recording all communication and arrangements on our in house system
•Chasing for updates and paperwork
Communication with colleagues/team - keeping them informed of client changes/requirements
•Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly, remaining courteous and professional at all times
•Escalate any issues
•Creating quotes & updating quote tracker
•Checking Jobs are complete and all paperwork received
•Chase for NIC/EIC certification and ensure certs are attached to jobs
•Completion of RAMS
•Creation of reports & Certificates
•Monitor paperwork for quality
