Job Description

To profitably manage contracts in full compliance with specification, effectively utilising identified resources to ensure they meet both company service delivery and budgetary targets, and the requirements in terms of contract, profitability & relevant legislative requirements for Client management.

During your Induction you will gain valuable experience managing a Lead Engineer and team of Engineers whilst being partnered with a current Contract Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Communication

 Report directly to Operations Director

 Primary contact with Client’s

 Manage variations to the contract

 Measuring Client’s Profit & Loss individually

 Support Credit control

 Elogbooks

 Supporting Sales and Mobilisation Team

 Providing instruction and guidance to Helpdesk when required

Team Responsibility

 KPI’s & SLA’s – PPM & Reactive

 Responsible for team stats

 Monitoring Points and Conference Calls

 Audits

 Form Line Management for Lead Engineer

 Team Morale

 Approval of holiday’s

 Identifying shortfalls in labour – identifying recruitment of new staff and redistributing workload accordingly

 Liaising with HR

 Provide technical support should your Lead Engineer require it

 Monitoring of Sub Contractors activities on your allocated sites

 Uphold Company rules and procedures

 Adhere to Company and externally relevant health and safety laws and policies

 Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be determined by Company
