You will be part of a dynamic and friendly team; you will be responsible for scheduling all the electrical engineer’s work. You will ensure that all tasks are allocated to engineers so that SLA’s are met and kept to, updating the engineers schedule sheet. Dealing with incoming calls and emails quickly and efficiently to ensure the highest quality standards are kept and any other admin duties required. A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail along with the ability to discover potential risks.
Liaise with engineers, clients, and internal teams to ensure works are delivered efficiently.
Schedule and allocate planned and reactive works for electrical engineers.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and client instructions.
Update client portals and maintain accurate records on internal systems.
Chase engineers for updates, paperwork, and certification.
Prepare and update quotations and RAMS documentation.
Ensure jobs are completed, compliant, and closed out with all required paperwork.
Deliver excellent customer service and escalate issues when required.
St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
8:30am - 5pm between Monday - Friday.
Proven ability to follow processes and procedures with a high level of accuracy.
Competent in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Professional and confident when communicating by phone and email.
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organised, with strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive approach.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Previous experience in a similar role.
